The lead form collects your name, business name, email address, the page URL you submit, your selected concern, and your phone number if you choose to provide it. The contact form collects name, business, email, phone (optional), and your message.

Your details are used to produce and deliver the audit report for the page you submitted, and to respond to messages you send us. We do not submit forms, place orders, or type in customer details while testing your page.

When the auditor tests a checkout, booking, quote or enquiry flow it stops before anything is submitted. It is forbidden from sending anyone's email address, name or other personal details to any outside service.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (property {{GA4_ID}}). Analytics does not load until you have given consent. No analytics or advertising cookie is set before consent is given.

You can request deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing {{EMAIL}} or calling (865) 328-7990. We will remove your data from our active systems within 30 days.

We may update this policy. The date of the last change will be noted here. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
